Do you want to return or exchange a product? No problem! we want to make sure your order is satisfactory
Since we stand for quality and a perfect fit, you can exchange or return your items for free if you’re not 100% satisfied. Once you make a request, you will receive a return label via email. Put this on your package and drop the package off at a Post NL service point. That’s it!
From the moment that your order is delivered, you will have 30 days to check out your item and make sure it fits. For hygiene purposes, we want to ask you to keep on your underwear while fitting new swimwear and underwear.
If you want to exchange or return an item, please request a return label from our customer service, or via the returns form on this page. Once you receive the label, you will have 14 days to send the package back to us in good condition.
Once we receive the package, we will send you the right item or refund your money, according to our agreement. We will make sure that your money is refunded within 5 working days.
If you are exchanging an item, please let us know via email/the form what item/size you need.
In order to process your return or exchange as soon as possible, it’s important to make sure that your return shipment meets the following requirements:
-The items are clean, undamaged and unworn.
-The package has a valid return label.
-The package contains your return number.
-The items are in their original packaging.
If the shipment does not meet these requirements, unfortunately we will not be able to process it right away. This will delay your refund or exchange. If you cannot comply with these conditions for any reason, please contact us so that we can discuss a way to solve the issue.
