DELIVERY

We ship to all countries in Europe, using the registered post service of PostNL. For this, your signature is required at delivery. Please take this into account when you specify the delivery address.

We will ship your order the same working day if received before 15.00 p.m. Orders received after 15.00 p.m will be shipped the next working day at the latest. If you place an order during the weekend, we will ship it on Monday. Shipping fees and delivery time vary per country. Please check the country table below for the shipping fees and delivery times to your country.

NOT AT HOME?

PostNL (or its postal partner) will offer your order at your delivery address twice. If you’re not home to receive and sign for it the second time, the package will be delivered at the nearest post office. You’ll then find a pick-up note in your mailbox. Bring your identity card and pick up your package at the office.

TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE

You can check the status of your order(s) online under ‘order status’ in your account. We will send you a PostNL Track & Trace number by e-mail. Use this number + your zipcode to follow your package on PostNL. If the planned delivery is delayed, you will receive a notification.

Does the status of your order say ‘shipped’, but you haven’t received anything after 5 working days? Please contact us so we can find out what happened and deliver your order as soon as possible.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU / REST OF THE WORLD

Do you want to have your order delivered outside the EU? No problem. Please send us your order by email and we will let you know the shipping costs and delivery time for your location.
