Spring! Early life that sprouts...

Lambs in the meadow, spring classics on TV and new life on its way! The ideal moment to show our newest addition! Especially made for the first steps to a lifetime passion for cycling.

It has been a year since Covid shut down the world.

Chalking names on the road, officially it’s forbidden. But in cycling it’s tolerated. Fortunately, because now that we all have to watch the race from home in front of the tv, we have something extra to watch out for!

Do you want to see a fine piece of art?
Then pay attention to the Flemish roads. The street art collective “Puncheur” makes beautiful paintings of cycling heroes on the asphalt.
Like this one, Monsieur Paris-Roubaix.
Only to pass with matching clean socks;)

The story goes that the first time a rider's name was painted on the road was in the 1936 Giro. It was Raffaele Di Paco who got this scoop. Not because of its cycling performance but more because of its appearance. Expressions of love painted on the road.. Nowadays there are inspectors in front of the peloton and they put a layer of paint over everything that should not be shown. Called “Les Effaceurs”.
