Since the corona outbreak we can no longer go to the hairdresser. Hairstyles grow out of their model, but on the bike you can hide wild hair under your helmet! And what about a beard? Let it grow! Research in a wind tunnel shows that facial hair slows you down only 1 second per 40 km.. And keep in mind that you can become a champion with any hairstyle!

Did you ever wonder about this: a sign that “the road is "closed" due to a cycling race”? Closed to whom? For motorists. But isn't the road properly opened for thousands of cyclists?
There have been fewer cars in traffic since the Corona crisis. And actually, that rest on the street is quite nice! It might remind you that the street once was a space to be together, to live, to talk, to play and to move. In the past century, it has become traffic space: a place to drive through and off the road as efficiently as possible. People on the street have become secondary to the car. An interesting insight to consider. And take the bike even more often!

Yep, Tom Hanks is 63 nowadays and has recovered from the corona virus. During his recovery he tried to keep fit with some stretch workouts. But after twelve minutes he was completely broken.. He will never be the same as he used to be, but luckily we still have pictures!

With his height of 210 cm Bill Watson wasn’t exceptional as a basketball player back in the seventies.
But when he got on a bicycle he stood above everyone!
And he still does!
The 67-year-old former NBA basketball player Bill Watson has an inspirational message:  “I am the luckiest guy in the world because I am alive and I can ride my bike,” he said. What sports gave to me as an early childhood dreamer was hope, opportunity, and purpose,”
And now he is encouraging the whole world to help to raise money, support and awareness for those affected by the global health crisis.
How? To ride of course!!
