Would you like to return or exchange something? No problem. Send us an email for a Return Number within 14 days after receiving your order.
You can always return / exchange items and you will always receive a refund or a Store Credit Code.
14 DAYS ON SIGHT
From the moment your order is delivered to you, you have fourteen (14) days to review the received item(s). If items are not as expected, simply contact our Customer Service to request a Return Number. You have fourteen (14) working days to return the article(s). Please take note that underwear and beachwear should always be tried on over your underwear.
EASY SIZE EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an article for a different size, please ask for an Exchange & Return number.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S)
If you would like to return articles from your order, the first thing to do is: contact Customer Service and ask for a Return Number. You have fourteen (14) days to do this after arrival of your package. After 14 days, we automatically assume you want to keep the items. After having received your return number, you have another fourteen (14) days to return the article(s).
If you want to return an article please follow these guidelines:
- Notify customer service that you want to exchange or return an article using our online return form.
- You will receive an e-mail with the Return Number and instructions for the return.
- When the return is received, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail
- Depending on your wish, we exchange the item / deposit the purchase amount back to your account / or send you a Store Credit Code by mail (for returned sale-items).

Please make sure that your return meets the following conditions:
- The postal package is franked/stamped sufficiently.
- The package contains your Return Number.
- Articles are wrapped in their original packing material/bags.
- Articles are clean, undamaged and have not been worn apart from the fitting sessions.
If your return does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept it right away. We will contact you to discuss the solution. This will delay your return payment, so please make sure your return is perfect! If for some reason you cannot meet the conditions please contact us so we can sort things out beforehand.
REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS
You will receive refund for the accepted returns within 14 days (shipping costs are not refunded). The refund will be automatically transferred to the bank account number/credit card that you’ve used for the payment.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The costs that you’ll make for a return (shipping, package etc.) are on your account. Just so you know. We will not refund these costs when we reimburse you for returned articles.
DO YOU PREFER STORE CREDIT?
Instead of a return payment, we’d be happy to give you a store credit. Just let us know in your request email. You will receive a personal discount code, to be used in our webshop. The code is valid for 1 year and can be used only once, for the full amount of the credit.
