Do you want to return or exchange a product? No problem! we want to make sure your order is satisfactory

 

Free returns*

Because we stand for quality and a perfect fit, you may exchange or return items free of charge if you are not 100% satisfied. After submitting your request, you will receive a return label by email. Simply attach it to the parcel and drop it off at a parcel point. That’s it!

*If you qualified for free shipping and return part of your order, causing the total amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, the applicable standard shipping costs will be taken into account when processing your refund.

*Items from the Archive Sale can only be exchanged for another item or size. These items are not eligible for a refund. The cost of returning Archive Sale items is the responsibility of the customer.

30-day reflection period

From the moment that your order is delivered, you will have 30 days to check out your item and make sure it fits. For hygiene purposes, we want to ask you to keep on your underwear while fitting new swimwear and underwear.

Return number and shipment label

If you want to exchange or return an item, please request a return label from our customer service, or via the returns form on this page. Once you receive the label, you will have 14 days to send the package back to us in good condition. Once we receive the package, we will send you the right item or refund your money, according to our agreement. We will make sure that your money is refunded within 5 working days. If you are exchanging an item, please let us know via email/the form what item/size you need.

Return conditions

In order to process your return or exchange as soon as possible, it’s important to make sure that your return shipment meets the following requirements:

-The items are clean, undamaged and unworn.
-The package has a valid return label.
-The package contains your return number.
-The items are in their original packaging. If the shipment does not meet these requirements, unfortunately we will not be able to process it right away. This will delay your refund or exchange. If you cannot comply with these conditions for any reason, please contact us so that we can discuss a way to solve the issue.
