DELIVERY

We deliver to all countries in Europe via the PostNL service and its partners.

If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a working day, we will ship it the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on working days will be shipped no later than the next working day. If you place an order over the weekend, we will ship it on Monday. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Please refer to the country table below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times to your desired destination.

NOT AT HOME?

PostNL – or its logistics partner – will attempt to deliver your order once to the address you provided. If no one is available, the courier will deliver the package to the nearest pickup point. You will receive an email with information about the pickup location. Please bring your ID; once identified, you will receive your package.

TRACK YOUR ORDER ONLINE

You can find the status of your order under ‘Order Status’ in your Le Patron account page. You will also receive a PostNL track & trace number by email, which allows you to track the delivery and expected delivery date of your package.
If your order status shows as ‘shipped’ but you haven’t received it within a reasonable time, please contact us so we can investigate the whereabouts of your package.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU

Would you like your order to be delivered outside the EU? Please send us an email with the desired delivery address, and we will inform you of the shipping costs and estimated delivery date.
